Job summary

MED-EL in Innsbruck is seeking an experienced SAP specialist to contribute to the implementation and operation of our S/4HANA landscape, including basis administration, transports, and performance tuning. You will administer SAP BTP, support integrations (MES), provide 2nd-level support, plan changes and upgrades, and work with English and German colleagues in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA environments and SAP Basis administration.
• Experience with SAP BTP administration, subaccounts, directories and IdP/SSO integrations.
• Strong understanding of ERP architectures, systems integrations and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to implementation and operational setup of our SAP S4/HANA landscape; incl. SAP Basis administration, transports, maintenance and performance optimization.
• Administer and develop SAP BTP landscape, incl. subaccounts, directories, and integration with S/4HANA backend systems
• Support and maintain integrations and interfaces (e.g., MES)
• Provide 2nd-level support for SAP and connected ERP apps incl. tickets, authorization topics, and collaboration with key users, project teams, and partners
• Plan and coordinate system changes, releases, and upgrades, contributing to development and stability of our ERP landscape
• Hands-on SAP ops experience: transports, client admin, patching, upgrades, and performance analysis. SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Basis, SAP BTP Administrator) are an advantage
• Experience with or strong interest in SAP BTP administration (subaccounts, directories, quotas, IdP trust) and integrating BTP services with S/4HANA, incl. SSO and IDM
• Solid understanding of ERP architectures, integrations and operational processes within complex IT landscapes
• Structured, independent working style, strong analytical skills, and very good English and German skills, both written and spoken
