ABOUT US

Lomography is a globally active organization dedicated to experimental and creative analogue photography. Established in 1992 by a group of offbeat students as an arts movement, it has grown into an international venture with over a million creative members worldwide. Our snapshots are characterized by vibrant colours, surprise effects, and spontaneity. We invite everyone, from novices to seasoned professionals, to harness the photographic power to create something incredible. Don’t think – just shoot!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research and contact potential retail partners from the cultural, lifestyle, design, photography, fashion, and music industries throughout Central & Eastern Europe (with a focus on Poland, Romania, Czech Republic).
• Research potential distribution and B2B incentive opportunities in Central & Eastern Europe.
• Work closely with the sales, logistics, and finance teams to process B2B orders.
• Assist the sales team in creating sales, marketing, and training materials for retail customers.
• Support the execution of sales and marketing campaigns and strategies worldwide.
• Update international marketing and sales materials for internal use.
• Reach out to press contacts and manage the press database in Central & Eastern Europe.
• Write and publish features on the Lomography online magazine.
• Help coordinate the Lomography Community in Central & Eastern Europe.

REQUIREMENTS

• Native Polish speakers preferred; fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
• Graduating or graduated in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communication, or related fields.
• Passion for creative industries and lifestyle.
• Understanding of the importance of professional relationships.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

EMPLOYMENT

• Voluntary traineeship.
• Compensation: 550 EUR per month.
• Duration: 5-6 months.
• Start date: July 2025.
