How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Lead a Team of appr. 3-4 ambitions Sales People in Germany and Switzerland.
  • Manages resources associated with sales plan achievement.
  • in addition act as Account Manager for assigned customers or territory while we grow the business.
  • Identify new business and sales opportunities and achieve sales targets for allocated territory and customers
  • Build and maintain key relationships across the organisation.
  • Presentations, negotiations with key strategic customers and internal stakeholders.

What You Bring:

  • University degree in Life Science or related subject of study, thorough knowledge of Life Science market.
  • Leadership experience in an equivalent role, especially in the area of BioPharma and Life Science industry.
  • Thorough knowledge and experience in Life Science and BioPharma market.
  • Analytical skills in overseeing budget, revenue and operation expenses.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation skills and cultural adaptability to Bio-Rad Core Values and company culture.
  • Fluent communication skills in English and German and experience in CRM, analytical MS SW tools.
