Conducting negotiations, identifying client needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements;
Showcasing the full range of EMCD products and services, including mining tools, analytics platforms, and fintech solutions;
Acquiring new clients through cold outreach, networking, and participation in industry events and conferences;
Collecting and analyzing market data, studying the competitive landscape, evaluating customer behavior, and preparing recommendations for process improvement;
Collaborating with marketing, product, technical support, and other internal teams to enhance the competitiveness of EMCD offerings;
Developing strategies to increase average revenue per client by introducing additional services and products;
Delivering regular analytical reports and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and client base development.
