Your role and responsibilities

We work with and for our customers to drive this goal forward and support this, we are looking for a Sales Director who will implement this consistently across all our sales channels in electrification.You will be responsible for leading an experienced, high-performing, and talented team, further developing key partnerships, and implementing innovative go-to-market strategies to strengthen our position as the first choice in the industry.Your main tasks: • Develop and execute a robust sales and marketing strategy to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and establish industry leadership.• Optimize team structure and processes through digital tools, AI-driven insights, and automation to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency.• Set and track key performance metrics, refine pricing strategies, and maintain strong customer engagement for business success.• Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performance sales team to achieve dynamic results while fostering a culture of continuous development.• Promote innovation, collaboration, and compliance by staying ahead of industry trends, ensuring governance, and driving cross-functional teamwork locally and internationally.

Qualifications for the role
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering (master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, ideally within the electrical engineering or industrial sector, with a strong understanding of products, solutions, and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills for effective engagement with teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams locally and internationally, fostering a curious and team-oriented approach.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and digital tools to optimize sales performance and processes.
  • Solid understanding of compliance requirements, risk management, and adherence to organizational policies and standards.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel both locally and internationally as needed.
