Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executivewith a proven track record in B2B IT solution sales— ideally with exposure to healthcare, enterprise IT, or compliance-driven industries.

This is a client-facing rolerequiring frequent travel across Australia to attend meetings, events, and on-site visits. The successful candidate will focus on new business acquisition, nurturing warm leads, and driving opportunities from first contact through to signed contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential clients through outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events.

Leverage targeted platforms, industry newsletters, and partner introductions to build a strong pipeline.

Client Engagement & Relationship Building

Conduct discovery calls, needs assessments, and in-person meetings with decision-makers (CIOs, IT Directors, Department Heads).

Build and maintain long-term relationships based on trust and value delivery.

Proposal Development & Closing

Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals, pricing, and customised solution outlines.

Present solutions to stakeholders and negotiate terms to close deals.

Market & Industry Insight

Stay informed on healthcare IT, enterprise technology trends, and compliance requirements.

Share market intelligence with internal teams to shape sales strategies.

Maintain accurate CRM records for leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Skills & Experience

4–6 years’experience in B2B IT solution sales (healthcare or enterprise IT preferred).

Strong network within the Australian healthcare or enterprise IT sector is advantageous.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Skilled in consultative selling and solution-based approaches.

Proficient with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and lead generation platforms.

Must be willing and able to travel extensively across Australia(approx. 25–40% of time).
