Job Description

Our Sales Development Representatives partner with our Account Executives across EMEA to build and implement an effective sales pipeline strategy. You will engage with an enterprise client base to drive the adoption of our market-leading products and will need to think strategically, adjusting your approach based on each customer's unique needs.

We have a newly created position for a German-speaking Sales Development Representative to join our team based in Vienna.

This is a hybrid working position.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new logo acquisitions, build sales pipelines, and generate fully qualified sales opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting into target organizations.
  • Be creative and strategic with your sales approach using tools like Sales Navigator, Outreach, Salesloft, etc.
  • Build sales pipelines by qualifying inbound leads from events, downloads, trials, and webinars.
  • Gather sales intelligence regarding customer situations, needs, issues, and decision processes.
  • Maintain accurate and updated prospect data within Salesforce.
  • Become fully immersed in Dynatrace’s products and their value to customers to leverage our competitive position.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Development within an enterprise software environment.
  • Ability to think strategically and adapt sales approaches to various prospects.
  • Driven and ambitious, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Salesforce experience is desirable but not essential.

Support from Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, and Marketing ensures your tools for success.

Due to legal reasons, the minimum salary for this position is €35,000 gross per year, based on full-time employment. Higher salaries are offered based on qualifications and experience.
