A mobility equipment provider is seeking a Sales Consultant for their Klemzig store. This role involves assisting customers with the selection of mobility scooters and other assistive products. The ideal candidate will have proven retail sales experience, strong communication skills, and a focus on customer satisfaction. A base salary of up to $60,000 is offered, with negotiations possible for uncapped earnings.
Regular working hours (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday)

Summary:Be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with the selection of mobility scooters & other assistive living products in a highly rewarding industry.
About the role
Join our team as Sales Consultant at our Thrive Mobility, Klemzig showroom. Reporting directly to the Store Manager & working closely with the Owner & Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our store & expansion.
Duties can include, but are not limited to:
Regular working hours (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday) – not open public holidays
Knowing you are selling products that have a positive influence on peoples lives
Proactive company support with marketing & lead generation activities & investment
We provide ongoing sales coaching & product training to help you excel
Experience in disability &/or aged care industries
Awareness of NDIS, Aged Care & other funding programs
Proven experience in retail sales
Strong customer experience focus with great communication skills
Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting & exceeding revenue targets & Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
Able to build strong, professional relationships with stakeholders
Shown ability to work autonomously

We now open our Klemzig Store & Corporate Head Office to fast track our growth & expansion. We provide mobility equipment & assistive living technology to our clients through private purchase & funding such as NDIS, Aged Care, DVA & other programs.
