  • Co-lead and deploy key Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools / processes to enhance sales tool experience for our global Construction sales team
  • Coordinate and own Data & Analytics: data governance, data & analytic requirements, dashboard updating, pipeline analysis
  • Acts as a change agent for the new CRM adoption across all countries and sales management levels
  • Drive implementation of training and development for sales organization, and provide support to ensure we maximize the utilization of the platform
  • Provide technical support for markets on the CRM technical challenges
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer data within the CRM platform
  • Work with a team of passionate members around the world in the construction industry

What You´ll Do

  • Co-lead and deploy key Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools / processes to enhance sales tool experience for our global Construction sales team

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data or similar
  • Ideally minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations, channel management or commercial excellence
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills while making sure implementation is followed through
  • Charismatic and confident communicator, excellent project management and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Affinity for CRM systems such as salesforce, data analytics tools, and sales enablement platforms is a plus
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages are a plus

The position is limited for 2 years

The position can be filled in Düsseldorf or Vienna
