What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Real Estate Sales is preferred and/or in customer service experience
  • Strong communication over the phone, professional manner, and great client relationship skills
  • Comfortable with conducting a high volume of calls and executing them with high attention to detail, professionalism, while meeting deadlines
  • Highly motivated, professional, eager to be part of the team, and enjoys a fun and dynamic work environment

What you\'ll do:

  • Manage and respond to buyer enquiries, open inspection callbacks, and liaise with external parties such as Building Inspectors, Bank Valuers, and Buyers Agents
  • Generate detailed and efficient Campaign Reports for our sellers
  • Deliver excellent customer service over the phone and via SMS to manage upcoming Best Offers and Auction dates
  • Work alongside one of South Australia’s top performing real estate teams
  • Have the opportunity to be progressed further into a sales role including attending appraisals, listing appointments, open Inspections and auctions (if desired)
  • Flexible working hours, potential for part or full time role, with occasional WFH options
