About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Sales Business Development Manager to join our growing team as we expand into Queensland. This is an exciting opportunity to help establish and grow our footprint across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and the Sunshine Coast.
As part of the Inspired Drinks team, you’ll represent a portfolio of fast-growing, independent brands including Travla, Gravity Drinks, and Pals bringing them to life in some of Queensland’s best independent retail and hospitality venues.
This is a full-time, field-based role suited to someone who thrives on the road — completing daily sales visits, presenting products, taking orders, and building long-term relationships. You’ll play a key role in driving brand awareness, sales, and partnerships in this new and exciting territory..
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities across on- and off-premise accounts
Nurture and grow relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and brand loyalty
Complete face-to-face visits daily, presenting our portfolio, taking orders, and discussing promotional activity
Organise deliveries and manage follow-up through email and CRM administration
Create and maintain a monthly journey plan to ensure consistent client visitation and business development
Represent the Inspired Drinks brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
About You:
Proven experience in sales within the Liquor Industry
Honest, friendly, and approachable with a straightforward communication style
Comfortable working independently, on the road, and managing your own schedule
Strong communicator with the ability to build genuine relationships
Organised, self-driven, and outcome-focused
A valid driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle are essential
