Role Description

The Sales Advisor role at NUBU Studio is a full-time, on-site position based in Vienna, Austria. In this role, the Sales Advisor supports customers throughout their shopping experience by offering informed style guidance, product recommendations, and excellent service that reflects the brand’s values. Daily tasks include welcoming and engaging visitors, presenting collections, managing fittings, and ensuring a visually appealing, well-organized store environment. The Sales Advisor processes sales transactions, handles returns and exchanges, maintains stock levels, and collaborates with the team to meet individual and store sales targets. The role also involves sharing brand stories, participating in product and collection training, and providing feedback from clients to support NUBU’s ongoing development.

• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build trusting relationships and deliver a welcoming, personalized in-store experience.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to present collections, explain product features, and engage with a diverse, international clientele.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including consultative selling and upselling, to meet and exceed sales targets while respecting the brand’s premium positioning.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as willingness to learn about new collections and share product knowledge with team members and customers.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in fashion or luxury retail, an interest in contemporary art and design, fluency in English (German or other languages are an advantage), basic POS and inventory handling skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and peak seasons.
