Overview

Senior Partner – Health, Safety & Wellbeing — Lead safety, wellbeing, and care standards across aged care and community services.

Based in Brisbane | Support services across QLD and WA

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Partner – Health, Safety & Wellbeing to strengthen safety culture across our clients aged care, community services and support programs.

Reporting to the Regional Manager – HSW, you will drive initiatives that protect staff, volunteers and clients, ensuring safe, respectful and high-quality care.

This role will see you lead safety planning, oversee wellbeing programs, and guide teams to meet both legislative and care standards. You will also support incident management, audits and regulator engagement, always keeping people at the heart of safety outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and delivery of HSW initiatives across QLD and WA sites
  • Oversee risk registers, incident reporting and regulator liaison
  • Mentor and coach HSW Partners and Advisors to build capability
  • Deliver training and embed safe practices in aged care and community services
  • Promote wellbeing initiatives that support staff and client health
Skills & Experience
  • Degree in WHS or equivalent qualification
  • 5+ years’ experience in senior HSW roles, ideally in aged care, healthcare, community, or not-for-profit services
  • Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, compliance, and quality standards in care environments
  • Proven ability to lead investigations, audits, and continuous improvement programs
  • A collaborative leader who can influence and embed a strong safety culture
