About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Partner - Health, Safety & Wellbeing to lead safety initiatives and embed a proactive culture across diverse operations. Reporting to the HSW Regional Manager, you\'ll oversee regional safety programs, manage risk registers, and provide strategic leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead planning and delivery of HSW programs and initiatives across VIC/TAS & SA/NT
  • Manage risk registers, incident reporting, and regulator liaison
  • Mentor and coach HSW Partners and Advisors
  • Deliver training and capability-building across sites
Skills & Experience
  • Degree in OHS or equivalent
  • 5+ years in senior WHS roles
  • Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, compliance, and risk management
  • Proven experience leading investigations and driving improvement
