  • Monitor and report safety performance metrics and trends to senior management
  • Support injury management and return-to-work planning
  • Support daily health, safety, and environmental matters for all exploration personnel, including drug and alcohol screening protocols
About You

You’re a hands-on safety professional with a deep understanding of exploration environments and a passion for keeping people safe. You thrive in remote field settings, where your ability to build trust, communicate clearly, work with integrity and lead by example makes you a valued partner to operational teams. You bring:

  • A vocational qualification in Occupational Health & Safety (or similar)
  • Advanced first aid (or higher) and 4WD training
  • Solid working knowledge of WHS legislation relevant to mining and exploration
  • Experience conducting incident investigations and delivering safety training
  • Completion of Statutory Positions training and Statutory Supervisor Law exam are desirable

  • ICAM Lead Investigator and Radiation Licence (desirable)
  • Current WA “C” Class Driver’s Licence
  • Drug and Alcohol Testing Certification (desirable)

This exciting opportunity is offered on an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth, rotating across our Exploration tenements. To attract top talent, a competitive salary package is on offer—featuring a generous short-term incentive scheme, health insurance rebate, and a range of additional benefits designed to reward your impact and commitment.
