Qualifikationen

• Completed secondary education.
• Minimum of five years of experience in data processing, data quality control or similar tasks.
• Experience of performing information analysis and preparing summaries and reports.
• Demonstrated ability to work to a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written command of English.

Aufgaben

• Collect and process data related to safeguards verification and state declarations, ensuring complete and accurate data entry into databases.
• Upload and maintain electronic files in ISE or other environments to support dissemination of reports.
• Monitor data flow and preserve long‑term integrity of data repositories.
• Track due dates and remind senior staff to ensure timely dataset preparation.
• Assist in development of information systems and provide feedback for improvements.
• Support maintenance of internal portals and liaise with IT for technical issues.
• Assist evaluators in drafting evaluation reports.
• Provide outreach and documentation support for meetings.
• Handle ad‑hoc data processing tasks as needed.
