To strengthen our team in Weissenbach an der Triesting, we are looking for a Clerk CSC (m/f/d).

Your Contribution

As a clerk in the Customer Service Center, you will be the reliable point of contact managing the spare parts delivery process efficiently and effectively. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure our customers receive the right spare parts at the right time. Your ability to manage complex inventory data and coordinate deliveries will boost customer satisfaction and contribute to our business success. Join our dedicated team in Weissenbach/Triesting, which takes pride in ensuring smooth operations for our customers.

That’s What Your Role Is All About
  • Manage the process of ordering spare parts from customer request to delivery and invoicing.
  • Maintain constant communication with the customer or the responsible Area Service Manager during the process.
  • Obtain quotes from carriers and calculate transportation costs as needed.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to prepare customized offers for customers.
  • Send order confirmations, schedule final orders in relevant systems, and forward to Purchasing or Production.
  • Approve packaging, prepare invoices and packing lists upon receipt of spare parts, and inform customers accordingly.
You Can Utilize These Skills
  • Completed commercial training (apprenticeship, HAS, HAK).
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Knowledge of French or Spanish is an advantage.
  • Confidence in handling numbers.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • A structured and organized approach, decision-making willingness, and enthusiasm for learning new things daily.

For legal reasons, we note that the minimum salary according to the collective agreement is EUR 2,890.09 gross/month, with a willingness to pay more depending on qualifications and experience.
