Zusammenfassung

JAGGAER is seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel to support Austria, the DACH region and Europe. The role focuses on commercial contracts, technology and SaaS matters, data protection, and corporate topics, helping the business manage legal risk.

You will draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a wide range of B2B agreements; provide pragmatic legal guidance to internal stakeholders; and contribute to scalable contracting templates and processes across European operations.

Qualifikationen

• Law degree with practical experience in commercial contracts.
• 2–5 years' experience as in-house counsel or at a law firm.
• Strong knowledge of Austrian and European regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with SaaS, data protection, or IT contracts is highly desirable.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS and software licensing, NDAs, and supplier contracts.
• Support contract negotiations with customers, suppliers, and partners across the DACH region and Europe.
• Provide practical legal advice to internal stakeholders on commercial, regulatory, and general business matters.
• Advise on data protection, information security, and technology-related contractual requirements.
• Identify, assess, and communicate contractual and legal risks and develop pragmatic solutions.
