S&OP Specialist - Processes & Data Excellence (m/f/d) at B&R Automation

This position reports to:

Head of Planning and Fulfillment

Your role and responsibilities:

1. Supporting the monthly S&OP cycle by improving the architecture of S&OP-related IT systems and running jobs in SAP IBP.
2. Tracking and managing process-related tasks and projects.
3. Preparing, updating, and maintaining process-related documentation and the SharePoint page.
4. Participating in the monthly S&OP meetings and their preparation.
5. Conducting master data cleansing and providing active support for master data and data excellence topics.

Qualifications for the role:

• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent communication skills in both German and English (written and spoken).
• Strong IT background, particularly in SAP IBP and SAP ECC, along with experience using reporting tools like MS Power BI, Tableau, or similar analysis software.
• Reliable analytical skills and the ability to understand and manage the complexity of production processes.
• Good understanding of production processes, S&OP, production planning, and relevant KPIs and metrics.
