We are looking for a committed and highly motivated colleague to join our team in the following position: Assistant Director of Finance (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Co-responsibility for day-to-day accounting transactions and the preparation of statistics, forecasts, budgets, monthly and annual financial statements
• Ongoing reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
• Ensuring and complying with legal requirements and accounting guidelines, as well as preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with USALI and the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB)
• Supporting and coordinating the departments in the preparation of monthly P&Ls
• Assisting with budget preparation and control
• Supporting the Director of Finance in the preparation of monthly corporate reports and ensuring that deadlines are met
• Taking on projects for the further development of the finance department and the internal control system
• Sharing responsibility for the company's cash management guidelines
• Monitoring risk management policies and procedures
• Managing all contracts and other financial obligations
  
  

Your Profile

• You have experience in a similar management position in finance, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Knowledge of SUN Systems, Birchstreet, Opera, Simphony and Fairmas is an advantage
• Strategic, analytical thinking is not new territory for you
• You have a very good command of German and English and enjoy using them
• You are reliable, able to multitask and have a talent for coordination

The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 2,492,--. A higher salary in line with the market is actually paid for this position and is based on your qualifications and professional experience.
