Zusammenfassung

Rosewood Schloss Fuschl is seeking a Laundry & Uniform Attendant to support daily laundry operations and the uniform room, ensuring hotel linen, textiles and associates' uniforms are organized and presented to Rosewood standards.

You will process, sort, wash, dry, fold and distribute textiles, maintain clean, efficient work areas, issue and collect uniforms, inspect items for damage, and coordinate repairs or replacements with the team.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in laundry, housekeeping, uniform room, or similar hospitality role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Reliable, efficient, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and service-oriented mindset.
• Independent worker who also contributes to a team.
• Comfortable with physical tasks and standing for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of textile care and laundry procedures.
• English speaking; German language is an advantage.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of laundry and uniform room areas.
• Issue, collect, and monitor associate uniforms, ensuring accurate records and appropriate stock levels.
• Inspect linen and uniforms for damage, stains, or wear and arrange repairs or replacements as required.
• Ensure all guest laundry is handled with care, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Maintain inventory levels of uniforms, linen, and laundry supplies.
• Support uniform fittings and the allocation of uniforms for new associates.
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and operational standards within the laundry operation.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently while reporting maintenance issues when required.
• Collaborate closely with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure timely distribution of linen and uniforms.
• Assist with stock takes, inventory management, and administrative records related to uniform and linen control.
• Ensure Rosewood quality standards are consistently maintained throughout all laundry and uniform processes.

This role plays an important part in ensuring our associates are professionally presented and our hotel linen is maintained to the highest standards, contributing to both exceptional guest experiences and associate satisfaction.

YOUR ROLE

As Laundry & Uniform Attendant, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operation of the laundry and uniform room, ensuring that guest linen, hotel textiles, and associate uniforms are maintained, organized, and presented in accordance with Rosewood standards.

With a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the resort while ensuring both guests and associates benefit from a professional, efficient, and well-organized service.

• You have previous experience in a laundry, housekeeping, uniform room, or similar operational role, ideally within hospitality
• You possess strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
• You take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• You are reliable, efficient, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• You demonstrate a proactive and service-oriented mindset
• You work well independently while also contributing positively to a team environment
• You are comfortable handling physical tasks and standing for extended periods
• You have a basic understanding of textile care and laundry procedures
• You speak English; German language skills are an advantage
• You are flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
