As the Roving Care and Services Lead your focus will be to stand in as a Service Manager or Clinical Manager, as required, to cover leave occurrences. A secondary purpose is to guide, support and mentor Managers within Palm Lake Care in their role, inclusive of onboarding supports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with the Operations Manager in providing clear operational oversight and communication with Community updates.
  • Assist as required with developing contemporary systems and processes to support delivery of best care outcomes for residents.
  • Responsible for the overall management of the continuous improvement system, including continuous improvement activities and corrective action plans.
  • In collaboration with site personnel and Group ANACC Coordinator, oversee the resident assessment process to ensure that ANACC documentation is completed in accordance with Commonwealth requirements for the community.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, including Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Act as a mentor and role model, promoting Palm Lake Care’s vision, purpose, and priorities.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including residents, staff, and external partners.
About You
  • Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record in driving performance excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Demonstrated understanding and compliance with the Aged Care Quality standards.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to various Palm Lake Care locations.
