The RFP Data Analyst at LGT Capital Partners AG joins the PACS team in Pfäffikon SZ, focusing on data analysis for investor materials, RFPs, RFIs and DDQs. You will translate quantitative inputs into clear, reliable content and act as a bridge between data and client-facing outputs.

You will own analytical inputs, collaborate with business development and investment teams, and use AI tools to improve knowledge bases and data processes, while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining precision.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in quantitative finance, finance, business analytics, economics or a related field.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience in data analysis, ideally within investor relations, RFP/DDQ, product management, or a related function in asset management.
• Excellent written English; French, German or other languages an asset.
• Prior exposure to data workflows or digital tools, with eagerness to develop these skills further.
• Curiosity and confidence in using AI-assisted tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple concurrent deadlines without losing precision and attention to detail.
• Clear, proactive communicator with the confidence to flag issues and ask clarifying questions across teams.
• Team-oriented, with a high sense of ownership and follow-through.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of analytical inputs for RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and investor materials.
• Pull, cross-check, analyze and format performance, fund, portfolio and firm data from multiple sources.
• Generate high-quality, tailored responses and continuously improve the firm's standard content library.
• Collaborate with business development, investment management and other internal teams to gather inputs and ensure responses reflect current positioning.
• Act as the link between client-facing teams and the PACS Data team, translating needs into data requirements and ensuring timely delivery.
• Operate as a power user of the firm's RFP platform (Responsive) and AI-assisted tools to improve data quality and content maintenance.
