LGT Capital Partners AG in Pfäffikon, Switzerland is seeking an IAM Operations Analyst to support governance and operational management of third‑party applications and external websites. You will manage access lifecycle, documentation, and audits while collaborating with HR, IT GRC, Compliance, and vendors.

You will onboard applications through standard processes (Clear Skye, ServiceNow) and identify automation opportunities. Strong IAM knowledge and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in IAM operations, access management or IT support.
• Experience with user life cycle provisioning, de-provisioning and RBAC.
• Experience with third‑party apps and vendor-managed hosted apps.
• Strong documentation, process management and organizational skills.
• Hands-on with IAM tools such as ServiceNow, Clear Skye or SailPoint.

Aufgaben

• Maintain inventory of third‑party apps and external websites with ownership and vendor details.
• Execute access lifecycle processes including joiner/mover/leaver activities.
• Process provisioning, modification and revocation requests per IAM policies.
• Maintain auditable documentation of access decisions and approvals.
• Create and maintain SOPs and knowledge articles for each app/website.
