Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing or Sales.
• Initial experience in project management.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for the BMW and MINI brands.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Copilot, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong communication skills, a structured way of working, and a collaborative mindset.
• Analytical thinking abilities, with an interest in digitalization and modern learning formats.

Responsibilities

• Join one of the most exciting areas of the company as we prepare our retail organization for a major transformation.
• Provide organizational support for product and sales training initiatives.
• Independently manage and deliver sub-projects in the areas of qualification and Retail HR, particularly in the context of the new agency model.
