You will oversee on-site coordination, drawings, budgets and safety documentation. Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in similar role in retail, degree in architecture/interior design, AutoCAD and Excel skills, and willingness to travel within Austria. Strong communication in English and German is required.

Qualifikationen

• 3–4 years of experience in a similar Project Manager role in the retail sector.
• Academic background in architecture or interior design.
• Experience with on-site project management, quality control and safety.

Aufgaben

• Manage project phases, including activities, budgets, deadlines and evaluation of materials.
• Coordinate site, suppliers and subcontractors, developing and maintaining relationships.
• Budget control, reporting, and preparation of health and safety documentation.
• Development of drawings and design solutions.
