Overview of Role

Reporting to the EMEA Marketing Director, as the Retail Marketing Specialist EMEA, you will champion the BOA Fit System and translate our brand promise—"Dialed in. Precision fit."—into inspiring, measurable education and activation programs across brick‑and‑mortar and digital retail channels. You will empower front‑line shop professionals to become true experts and vocal advocates of our technology, while driving initiatives that enhance the performance positioning, visibility, and placement of the BOA brand and BOA‑powered products in retail and e‑tail environments, ultimately boosting sell‑through and consumer loyalty across the EMEA region.

Core Responsibilities

• Be the BOA expert on the European sporting/workwear retail sectors, focusing on building product knowledge and brand awareness in physical and online stores.
• Build strategic relationships with top ‘epicenter’ stores to gather insights and share them with global stakeholders.
• Manage and grow the digital BOA Partner Portal for retailers and brand partners.
• Develop impactful content and communication plans with global marketing, including creative assets.
• Enhance existing training materials and create new resources for emerging segments.
• Collaborate with Brand Partner Marketing Managers to support digital education and engagement tools.
• Provide regional insights for the development of CRM/Analytics tools.
• Maintain the European retail database using technical platforms.
• Develop physical merchandise to support programs and initiatives.
• Manage retail/e-tail partnerships and formal agreements.
• Plan and execute retail, brand partner, and employee education and engagement activities.
• Establish KPIs and regular reporting to optimize retail marketing impact.
• Develop a three-year retail education roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Lead annual budget planning for training and advocacy programs.

Required Qualifications

• Active BOA user or interest in sports like Snowsports, Cycling, Trailrunning, Mountaineering.
• Passion for technical products and their stories.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales, or related field, or relevant experience in retail/e‑tail environment.
• Experience in creating educational materials and staff training.
• Data-driven with trend analysis skills.
• Highly organized, flexible, and proactive.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable presenting to diverse audiences.
• Willing to travel ~25% and work occasional evenings/weekends.
• Fluent in German and English; additional European language is a plus.
