The Retail Manager is responsible for leading and executing retail engagement strategies to enhance income, asset value, retailer satisfaction, and the customer experience. Managing a portfolio of retailers, this role provides expert advice on retail mix, leasing, financial performance, and centre operations. Acting as a key support to the Centre Manager, the Retail Manager plays a vital role in driving commercial outcomes and strategic goals.
Please note this a 12month fixed term contract ending on 01/01/2027
Liaises with tenants, centre management, marketing, leasing, finance, development, and joint venture partners.
