In this role, sitting in our product organization, you will support sales in large-deal opportunities and provide industry-specific insights to the product line leaders to advocate for ideal retail-specific outcomes. You will influence different personas among the buying team, targeting gatekeepers, decision makers, and approvers in deals requiring budget commitment, cross-departmental agreement, or significant change management. Additionally, you will evaluate products or planned developments against the needs of the retail sector and develop high leverage suggestions to improve the product's value.

You are ready if you have ...

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in retail, either in a retailer or in a supporting organization such as a consultancy focused on retailers.
• A deep understanding and knowledge of logistics processes in retail.
• Deep understanding of the retail industry's trends, challenges, and opportunities, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong network in European FMCG & Retail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, focused on improving retail operations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent German and a very high level of English is required, with additional languages considered a plus.
• Experience in the SaaS industry is advantageous.
