About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Restaurant & Function Manager to join the dynamic team at Eynesbury Quarter Hospitality Trading Pty Ltd in Eynesbury, Victoria. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant and its function rooms, delivering an exceptional dining experience for our customers. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

• Managing and coordinating the work of the restaurant & function teams to ensure high levels of customer service
• Monitoring and maintaining standards of food and beverage service
• Assisting with the preparation of rosters and staff schedules
• Weekly ordering for consumables, beverages and linen
• Handling customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Contributing to the development and implementation of venue policies and procedures

• Significant experience in a management role within the hospitality industry
• A strong understanding of food and beverage service standards and best practices
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations
