Requirements Manager Scaffolding (m/f/d)

As Requirements Manager, you are part of our CC Digital Engineering team and are responsible for developing efficient processes for planning support, work, and façade scaffolding. This involves working with both existing and new software applications.

Do you see yourself as a technical all-rounder who acts as an interface between user problems, proposed solutions, and technical implementation?

If so, we offer you a role with the following main responsibilities:

  • Understanding, analyzing, and documenting scaffolding requirements
  • Defining the scope for planning based on previous analysis
  • Transforming business requirements into technical requirements and comparing them with standard software
  • Creating use cases, functional, and software requirements if standard software is insufficient
  • Introducing scaffolding software in the organization along with training
  • Organizing acceptance tests and overseeing concept and test maturity
  • Identifying costs, efforts, and necessary implementation steps
  • Engaging in process modeling, visualization, and documentation activities
  • Coordinating with other departments, organizations, and Doka branches across countries
  • Participating actively in specifying and prioritizing the backlog for new features

Required skills and knowledge include:

  • Relevant professional experience and knowledge in scaffolding
  • Quick comprehension, analytical skills, and solution-oriented thinking
  • Initiative and independence in work
  • Knowledge of visualization and documentation of software requirements
  • A focus on stakeholder needs, organizational skills, and perseverance in complex situations
  • Project management knowledge and experience with agile and hybrid methodologies (desirable)
  • Fluent English; German language skills are a plus
  • An open, flexible team player with high solution orientation

A salary in line with the market is offered, based on specific qualifications and professional experience.

According to the collective agreement (woodworking industry), the minimum annual gross salary for this position is EUR 46,290.44. We are legally required to state this minimum salary.
