Zusammenfassung

Qestit Ag in Austria seeks a Management Consultant Test Management to lead strategic testing initiatives and ensure successful completion of all test activities. You will define the overarching test strategy, coordinate cross-process activities with release and requirements management, and mentor project teams.

German language fluency (C1) and ISTQB Advanced Level are required; IREB or PSM/PSPO are a plus. Flexible hours and remote work options are available, with a focus on long-term customer

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in software testing as a responsible test manager.
• Strong customer orientation and the ability to communicate up to C-level.
• Experience in leading and coaching project teams.
• Experience in expanding customer relationships / sales.
• Expert knowledge of processes, methods, software development and project management (test process, error management, Scrum).
• Calm under pressure and confident in handling critical project situations.
• Business fluent German (C1) and ISTQB Advanced Level; ideally IREB or PSM/PSPO.
