Raiffeisen Bank International AG is seeking an experienced SEO/GEO Content Strategy Manager to drive organic search visibility and AI discoverability across RBI Group and its subsidiaries in Austria and CEE. This role blends strategic consulting with hands-on optimization.

You will collaborate with local teams, UX and developers to implement best practices, perform technical audits, and monitor performance, delivering data-driven recommendations to boost both search and AI visibility.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years hands-on SEO experience.
• Strong GEO and AI search optimization knowledge.
• Proficient with Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
• Knowledge of structured data and site performance.
• Ability to implement content optimization end-to-end.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and evolve the SEO and GEO strategy across RBI Group and subsidiaries.
• Advise local teams on SEO readiness and best practices.
• Conduct keyword research, prompt research, and competitor analysis to identify content opportunities and user intent.
• On-page optimization of landing pages and website content to improve search and AI visibility.
• Define and enhance information architecture and internal linking concepts.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and develop prioritized roadmaps with UX/dev teams.
• Monitor SEO/GEO performance and provide data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with Content Management, UX, development, and marketing teams.
