Zusammenfassung

pixelart GmbH is seeking an SEO & GEO Manager (all genders) to refine and expand the digital presence of clients across traditional search and generative AI systems. You will analyze, structure and optimize content for better visibility and brand understanding with a data-driven, curiosity-led approach.

Fluency in German (min B2) and strong SEO expertise are required. We offer a full-time or part-time role from 30 hours, with location options in Vienna or Salzburg and competitive compensation.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of professional experience in SEO at an agency or in-house.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page and technical SEO.
• Experience with Sistrix, Ahrefs and Google Search Console.
• German language skills at minimum B2 level.
• Interest in Generative Engine Optimization, AI Search and related trends.
• Analytical thinking with a data-driven mindset.

Aufgaben

• Developing excellent SEO and GEO strategies to significantly increase organic and generative visibility.
• Plan, prioritize and implement SEO and GEO measures to support client goals.
• Analyze markets, competitors and search intents to derive concrete strategies.
• Optimize websites for on-page, technical SEO, information architecture and structured data.
• Create and present meaningful performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with trends in SEO, GEO, AI Search and digital visibility.
