• Oversee daily operational processes across CRM, finance, and internal coordination.
• Manage global calendars, meetings, and communications.
• Track invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Conduct research for sponsorships and partnerships.
• Ensure high-quality handovers and daily reporting.
