Zusammenfassung

Jobgether is recruiting a Global Payroll Implementation Specialist (GPIS) to lead end-to-end payroll deployments for international clients in a fully remote setting. You will configure global payroll platforms, manage customer data, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliant, timely delivery.

You will analyze statutory requirements, optimize processes, and contribute to testing and documentation while working asynchronously in a distributed team.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of global payroll implementation experience.
• Knowledge of statutory tax regulations and payroll processing requirements.
• Experience with local payroll software and end-to-end global payroll/HR processes.
• Strong data management skills and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Proactive, autonomous in a fast-paced international environment.
• Interest in productivity, process optimization, and automation.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary contact for payroll customers and transition requirements into payroll products/services.
• Analyze customer payroll needs and provide practical recommendations based on regulations and country specifics.
• Manage end-to-end new customer implementations, including data collection and configuration.
• Coordinate payroll runs, reconcile taxes, and ensure configurations meet statutory regulations.
• Oversee go-live activities and handover to Payroll Operations.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, teammates, and vendors to support satisfaction and retention.
• Provide customer and employee training on payroll processes and country-specific requirements.
• Protect confidentiality of information throughout implementation and ongoing interactions.
• Contribute to process documentation and platform improvement including UAT testing.
