A1 Telekom Austria AG is seeking an experienced Azure security architect in Vienna to lead customer workshops, design end-to-end Microsoft Sentinel architectures, and implement automation via Azure Logic Apps. The role focuses on security, monitoring, and integration across Azure and on‑prem environments.

You will advise on licensing, cost models, and data retention, while shaping scalable security solutions and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualificações

• Several years of proven hands‑on Azure architecture expertise, ideally with security and monitoring focus.
• Strong development background (automation, scripting, integration).
• Experience in customer‑facing roles: workshops, consulting, and solution design.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer workshops and technical discovery sessions in German to understand requirements, security needs, and Azure/on-prem environments.
• Design end-to-end Microsoft Sentinel architectures including data connectors and workspaces.
• Develop and maintain Azure Logic Apps for security automation and integration with third‑party systems.
• Advise on Azure licensing and cost models related to Sentinel pricing, Defender plans, and retention costs.
• Design Azure monitoring/logging strategies and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub) for Sentinel content and infrastructure.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
