Zusammenfassung

Raiffeisen Bank International Group's RBI Group Cyber Defense Services seeks an experienced Red Team Specialist to operate across a large, complex enterprise. You will simulate attacks, validate controls, and turn offensive findings into improvements for detection and response teams across the Group.

The role combines hands-on offensive security with defender enablement, working with blue teams to raise capability on red and blue sides and deliver prioritized remediation actions.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on red team or purple team engagements in large enterprises.
• Offensive operations incl. privilege escalation, lateral movement, persistence, evasion, identity abuse in on-prem and cloud.
• Web app exploitation knowledge and understanding of AD/identity attack techniques.
• Proficient scripting in PowerShell or Python and clear stakeholder communication.

Aufgaben

• Plan and execute red team and purple team engagements across enterprise, endpoint, identity, network, cloud, and web.
• Conduct realistic attack-path exercises against units and subsidiaries within approved scope.
• Perform offensive activities including privilege escalation, lateral movement, persistence, evasion, and identity abuse.
• Assess AD, cloud identity, and web app attack surfaces; document attack chains for defenders.
• Work with blue teams to validate controls and improve detection and response coverage.
• Translate findings into remediation guidance and detection use cases.
• Develop or customize offensive tooling, scripts, and test scenarios as needed.
