Qualifikationen

• Education or practical experience in credit risk, risk controlling, internal models, banking regulation, audit or financial-services law.

• Experience coordinating information across multiple stakeholders or units.
• Strong written and verbal English for international stakeholders.

• Support IRB related regulatory applications and supervisory requests.
• Become expert in internal credit risk model processes and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Raiffeisen Sector Austria on internal credit risk models.
• Develop reliable relationships with colleagues across risk, IT, legal and subsidiaries.
• Monitor European regulatory developments and translate updates for internal stakeholders.
• Operate data-quality and reporting processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Assist testing and responsible use of data, automation and AI tools.
