Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years total experience in finance (investment banking or PE).
• Associate at a mid-market or large-cap PE fund with consumer/leisure focus; Paris/London or European deal experience preferred.
• Able to build a financial model from source documents, without a template.
• English-speaking.

Aufgaben

• Build a working financial model of an assigned consumer / leisure transaction from a synthetic deal document pack.
• Deliver an editable Excel workbook with live formulas, source references, and stated assumptions.
• Peer-review two anonymized models from other contractors against a fixed set of criteria. Provide a short written rationale for each and a completed review scorecard.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while ensuring accuracy and quality in model outputs.
