Moritz, an AI-native global law firm, seeks an experienced privacy lawyer to join our network and advise on data protection matters for clients ranging from startups to enterprises. You will lead drafting, review, and negotiation of DPAs, SCCs, joint controller arrangements, and privacy terms, with focus on GDPR/UK GDPR and cross-border transfers.

You will also counsel on AI privacy implications, data processing, retention, breach response, and regulatory interactions under the EU AI Act.

Qualifikationen

• Legal experience in privacy or data protection law (5+ years).
• Strong understanding of GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA.
• Expertise in international data transfers and SCCs.

Aufgaben

• Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of DPAs, SCCs, and privacy terms for clients across sectors.
• Advise clients on privacy implications of deploying AI systems and cross-border data flows.
• Support incident response, breach assessment, and regulator engagement.
