Jobtailor in Austria seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to design, implement and maintain enterprise environments. You will work across Microsoft 365, Azure and Windows Server, ensuring security, performance and hybrid work readiness.

You will collaborate with customer IT teams, provide technical consulting, document best practices and drive continuous improvements with modern MSP tools and remote support capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• Completed IT training/qualification with relevant experience in large IT environments.
• Several years in a larger IT department or MSP environment, ideally with managed services.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows 11 and hybrid work setups.
• Experience with routing, switching, VLANs, WiFi and firewall tech like pfSense/Fortinet.

Aufgaben

• Support and optimize complex customer environments with up to 1,500 workstations, including servers, cloud services and cybersecurity.
• Provide 2nd- and 3rd-level support via remote access or on-site at customer locations.
• Configure firewalls, VPNs, routing, switching and WiFi with performance and security focus.
• Implement solutions for hybrid work, endpoint management, collaboration and identity management.
• Plan, implement and migrate IT infrastructures, Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server environments, firewalls and networks.
• Work with customer IT departments, provide technical consulting and support projects through go-live.
