KSG GmbH, a leading European PCB manufacturer with two locations in Austria and Germany, seeks an experienced Internal Sales Specialist. You will prepare technical and commercial proposals, track orders with key account managers, and serve as a key user for ERP systems including Infor and SAP in the future.

Qualifikationen

• Completed business or technical education (HTL/HAK) with IT interest.
• 5+ years of professional experience required.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP ideal in future implementation.
• Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, VBA, VLOOKUP) and SQL queries.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals within the internal sales team and track orders with key account managers.
• Serve as a key user for the Infor system and future SAP deployments.
• Plan customer orders across Logistics, Production, and Purchasing to optimize capacity and on-time delivery.
• Provide knowledgeable, service-oriented support to international customers via phone and email.
