GE HealthCare seeks an Indirect Contracting Team Leader to oversee end-to-end management of indirect customer contracts across PDx International. Lead contract specialists to ensure coverage, renewal on time, and compliance with laws and internal policies.

The role focuses on standard work, lean processes, measurable performance, governance, and remediation of lifecycle risks in a cross-functional environment. Hybrid/remote/on-site setup in Europe is supported.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in contract drafting and management within healthcare or regulated industries.
• Ability to lead cross-border contracting teams and governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI definition and performance transparency.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Lean, Daily Management, and process improvement experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end indirect contract management for distributor, wholesaler, and sales reps.
• Manage renewal timelines, obligations, repository, and audit readiness.
• Drive risk-based remediation for contracts lacking coverage.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Compliance, Legal, Finance and other stakeholders.
• Establish governance routines and report on performance and risks.
