Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in supply chain negotiation and global strategic sourcing.
• Experience in contract electronics manufacturing or related manufacturing environments.
• Advanced knowledge of sourcing, commodity management, and TCO principles.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (prefer SAP) and spend analysis tools.
• Strong MS Excel skills and analytics capabilities.
• Proven track record in leading supplier negotiations and cost improvements.
• Experience building supplier relationships and leading cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead global strategic sourcing and supplier negotiation initiatives to reduce material costs and improve commercial outcomes.
• Improve global commodity quotation processes with clear guidance for quote packages and awards.
• Analyze global spend, pricing, and supplier data to establish TCO targets.
• Develop supplier scorecards and escalation processes for accountability across the supply base.
• Monitor market trends and risks, translating findings into actionable directions for global locations.
• Travel internationally and domestically to engage with business units and suppliers.
