You will negotiate supplier quotations, optimize costs, and maintain ERP master data while contributing to continuous process improvements in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical education.
• Good German and English skills.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in technical purchasing.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to work independently.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end procurement process from demand planning through PO processing to invoice verification.
• Monitor delivery schedules and handle delivery delays and supply issues.
• Support the selection, evaluation, and development of suppliers.
• Obtain, compare, evaluate, and negotiate supplier quotations.
• Identify and realize cost-saving opportunities (Cost Reduction / Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) optimization).
• Maintain supplier and material master data in the ERP system.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Logistics, and Accounting departments.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of procurement processes.
