The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, fluency in German and English, and a willingness to travel internationally (~20%). A security clearance process may be pursued.

Qualifikationen

• Initial experience in project management, PMO, project controlling, or a comparable coordination role.
• Interest in complex customer projects within IT, software, or technical environments.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure complex topics and situations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel internationally (~20%).
• Willingness to undergo a security clearance process.

Aufgaben

• Maintain an overview of an international project portfolio and analyze project status and risks based on KPIs.
• Conduct project reviews and work with teams to identify improvements and actions.
• Support the definition and tracking of measures to stabilise projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional topics with stakeholders to develop solutions.
• Prepare management reports, presentations and decision materials for transparency.
• Collaborate with Task Force Project Managers to analyse complex project situations.
