Zusammenfassung

Medpace is seeking an Experienced Clinical Research Associate to join our Clinical Operations team in Austria (home-based). You will work on a team to complete monitoring visits, ensure protocol adherence, and maintain high-quality data for site staff across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

This role requires strong English and German communication and 1.5+ years CRA experience. Travel will be 60–80% regionally, with MS Office proficiency and rigorous time management.

Qualifikationen

• Must have university degree in health or life science.
• Minimum 1.5 years of CRA experience.
• Willing to travel 60-80% across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Proficient with MS Office and computer literacy.
• Excellent verbal and written English and German communication.

Aufgaben

• Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits per protocol.
• Coordinate with site staff including coordinators and physicians.
• Verify investigator qualifications, training, facilities, and resources.
• Ensure good documentation practices and adherence to SOPs, GCP, and regulations.
• Verify eligible subject enrollment and conduct regulatory document review.
• Manage device/investigational product accountability and adverse event reviews.
• Assess site recruitment and retention performance and suggest improvements.
• Prepare monitoring reports and follow-up letters with findings and actions.
