happtiq GmbH is seeking a Cloud Collaboration Engineer to design, implement, and support Google Workspace solutions. You’ll work with Sales, Cloud Solutions, partners, and customers throughout the journey—from presales to migrations and adoption.

You’ll combine technical expertise with a customer-focused mindset, leveraging Google Workspace, Gemini, and the wider collaboration ecosystem to deliver scalable, secure environments.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years in technical consulting, presales, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Google Cloud, or comparable platforms.
• Strong German and English written and spoken communication.

Aufgaben

• Lead technical presales conversations and design Google Workspace solutions.
• Support Sales with technical concepts, licensing guidance, and customer demos.
• Plan and deliver Google Workspace migrations from kickoff to hypercare.
• Design scalable, secure collaboration environments and document architectures.
• Manage licensing lifecycle across Google Workspace, Gemini, Chrome Enterprise, AppSheet.
• Coordinate renewals and licensing changes; identify optimization opportunities.
• Build and maintain demo environments for workshops and sales process.
• Deliver enablement sessions, training, and webinars on Google Workspace and Gemini.
• Support internal tooling rollouts and automation initiatives.
• Represent happtiq at customer meetings, partner events, and Google Cloud activities.
