Zusammenfassung

Payward is seeking a skilled technologist to lead the integration of collaboration platforms across its brands during acquisitions. You will scope migrations, move users, channels, files, and configurations into Payward's security stack, working across Legal, Compliance, IT, Security, Corporate Development and acquired companies.

You will own Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom at multi-entity scale, build governance, and drive secure onboarding/offboarding with a focus on speed and accuracy

Qualifikationen

• 4–6 years hands-on experience administering Google Workspace and Slack at 1,000+ user environments.
• Proven experience owning or leading a technology migration in an M&A or systems-consolidation context.
• Strong email security experience: DMARC/SPF/DKIM, phishing defenses, incident response.
• DNS administration and domain portfolio management at meaningful scale.
• Experience with compliance workflows, eDiscovery, and archiving platforms.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end collaboration-platform integration end-to-end migrations for each acquisition (Slack, Drive, mailboxes, configurations).
• Build repeatable playbooks, tooling, and automation to speed future integrations.
• Coordinate cutover timelines with Corporate Development, Legal, and acquired teams.
• Define and enforce cross-brand platform governance standards and secure configurations.
• Collaborate with HRIS and IAM teams for clean onboarding/offboarding across brands.
